The Future Business Owners Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to helping aspiring entrepreneurs acquire the practical, real-world knowledge they need to start and run successful businesses. In a members-only group setting, young adults gather bimonthly to hear from industry experts on a wide range of valuable business topics.

Peer & Leadership Coaching

Bi-Monthly Meetings with Engaging, Purposeful Speakers

Cohorts meet monthly during the school year for nine months to hear from various speakers on practical business topics. Speakers are everyday leaders, business owners, and executives that bring a wealth of knowledge about finance, marketing, operations, sales, leadership, human resources, and more. Members get to not only learn from the experts but also interact with them, providing valuable educational experiences. 

Members-Only Peer Advisory and Coaching Experience 

Leadership coaching and peer advisory group experiences are often reserved for senior-level executives. However, the founders of FBO had the vision to bring those experiences to young adults to empower and support their development. A mentor facilitates member groups and provides the ideal peer advisory and coaching landscape, like leading peer advisory platforms. In this environment, members practice turning learning into action items and being held accountable for their next steps.

Practical, Every Day Expertise Only Accessible Outside the Classroom

As subject matter experts in their fields, the Future Business Owners Foundation speakers bring practical knowledge, templates, tools, and roadmaps to students that they can use to take meaningful steps towards building their businesses. They’ll learn basic corporate finance practices, simple marketing strategy frameworks, operational best practices and more.
