Bi-Monthly Speakers Bring Wisdom & Useful Tools
As a member of a FBO group, you’ll meet monthly during the school year to learn from dynamic speakers on critical business topics. Our speakers are leaders, business owners, and executives that bring a wealth of knowledge about finance, marketing, operations, sales, leadership, human resources, and more. Members have the opportunity to learn and interact with experts giving way to unique educational experiences with practical application.
Engage with Like-Minded Peers
Starting a business is a daunting and often lonely endeavor. As a member of an on campus group, students are able to walk the path and learn alongside others that share similar goals and interests. What’s more, as speakers answer member’s questions and provide feedback on ideas, members are able to glean wisdom through valuable conversation within the group dynamic.
Learn How To Translate Coaching Into Action Items
With so many things to focus on in a new business, it’s difficult to know what the next best step is. In each monthly meeting, members reflect on what they’ve learned and identify one to three specific action items they will execute over the next month. Members then come back and reflect on how they fared, creating accountability and facilitating action from learning.
